Bill Ricquier is a lawyer and cricket person, born and raised in England, who has practised and taught law in Singapore and England for over 30 years. Born in Hampshire, England into a cricket loving family, he still has vivid memories of his first visit to the County Ground, Southampton as a ten year old. His first cricket book, co-authored with his brother and a friend, was " Hampshire: 100 Greats". This was followed by "The Indian Masters" and "The Pakistani Masters", each of which was published in England and India. The fifth edition of "Land Law", his textbook on Singapore property law, was published in August 2017.
